Upstream is the available bandwidth for uploading courses, and Downstream is the available bandwidth for viewing courses. For example, the Homestead plan features 10GB of Downstream, which is roughly equivalent to 550 views of a 3-min video or 20,000 document views.
How does the limited-time offer work?
You won’t be charged at all for the first month. If you cancel during the first month, you will never be charged. If you cancel your plan after the first month, you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges incurred after your first month and before cancellation. Refunds will not be issued after your first month free.
How does the Test Drive work?
We let you test drive the world’s greatest learning community platform absolutely free for one month. No credit card is collected. The account will expire one month from the date of sign up. If you love it (and we know you will) you can enter your payment information anytime during the one month trial and continue using the community you have been nurturing.
If I enter payment information during my Test Drive, do I get a free month after my Test Drive ends?
No. In this case, the Test Drive was a risk-free substitute for the limited time offer.
How will I be billed?
Our billing system is built to be a hands-free, month-to-month experience. Once you sign up for Bloomfire and enter in your payment details, our system will automatically bill your credit card each month. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What kind of Customer Care can I expect?
You will interact with a real human being; no robots or automated response systems (except for the rare voicemail prompt if our entire team is asleep). Almost all issues have been resolved within one business day.
How safe is my information?

No. Bloomfire is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service. There are no contracts—you can cancel at any time, no questions asked.
Are there per-user fees?
No. All Bloomfire plans allow for unlimited users because we want you to build a strong and healthy community. The first (and most important) ingredient is people.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
You can upgrade/downgrade at any time. Upon upgrade, upgraded features will instantly apply, and your credit card will only be charged the new rate at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Yes, that means you get a bonus! On the other hand, downgrading may cause the loss of features, as stated in plans above.
