Business Development Representative

Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a dynamic and growing sales organization? We are looking for a high-energy full time sales team member to drive new revenue through direct selling and partner engagement within an assigned territory.

Core Functions:

1. Develop a prospecting cadence that looks like:

  • 60+ emails sent per day via mass templates/marketing
  • 40+ prospecting dials per day
  • Goal of developing/qualifying a minimum of 2 opportunities/day
  • Leverage a combination of Leadspace, LinkedIn, etc. to develop prospect lists

2. Qualify all incoming leads for territory and hand off appropriate leads to to AE’s

  • Manage pipeline of transactional deals
  • Achieve quota for transactional business

3. Leverage existing proposal, ROI, and customer testimonials to help prospects sell internally

  • Leverage a combination of Leadspace, LinkedIn, etc. to develop prospect lists


  • Experience and comfort in making cold prospecting calls
  • High energy and willingness to be a team player
  • Experience with sales presentation tools such as SalesForce, GoToMeeting, etc
  • MS Office Software
  • Knowledge and understanding of social networking and collaboration software a plus
  • This role will be heavily focused on outbound prospecting and driving new business
