For the critical role of Strategic Account Manager, Bloomfire seeks the rare individual who can help our customers find value with the platform, driving both expansion and retention. To accomplish this, the Strategic Account Manager must be consistently engaged with out customer base, understand their business, and seek out ways that Bloomfire can help accomplish their business goals.
Note: this role may require travel (up to 25% of the time).
Key responsibilities include ensuring customers are successful with the platform, driving expansion of the platform, and ensuring customers renew their subscriptions.
