AUSTIN, Texas – June 24, 2015 – Bloomfire today announced key updates to its social knowledge network platform intended to provide a more responsive, intuitive, user experience across all devices. The upgrades, which include improved search and navigation, will be rolled out in coming weeks. They were based on customer feedback gleaned during Bloomfire’s annual user conference in May.

The latest release of Bloomfire’s social knowledge network includes a more responsive user interface and navigation, including toolbar features that are accessible without the need to scroll sideways, and the ability to view any content on any device – whether posts, questions or series. In addition, users can view all group discussions together, including answers and comments, as well as content that is cross-published to multiple groups.
Bloomfire’s search functionality has also been enhanced, giving users the ability to share searches or bookmark URLs to access a search later. Users can view full search results – whether content or users – with filtering and sorting options right from the toolbar, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate search page.
