Each connection follows shared definitions for people, products, topics, and other entity types, and you can define your own specific to your business. If a source does not provide a required detail, the engine will infer it from the content. Every inferred detail is verified before it is saved, and anything that cannot be confirmed is left blank.

Bloomfire supports single sign-on through SAML 2.0 and OIDC. SCIM is available for Azure Active Directory and Okta too. With SCIM, those providers can add users, remove users, and update roles. If SSO is enabled, new users can be added without IT’s help. If you don’t use SSO, admins manage users directly in Bloomfire’s member section, with a standard username and password.
