Synapse includes a separate hallucination-detection agent in its response process. After an LLM generates an answer, the agent checks every claim against the grounding evidence and citations. If they do not align, Synapse retries the request. It then returns a verified answer, asks for clarification, or explains that no verified answer could be found.

The self-healing knowledge base continuously flags outdated, duplicate, or conflicting content, so the engine’s memory stays accurate as the underlying content changes instead of degrading as the knowledge base grows.

Folder structures have inherent weaknesses that often don’t align with how work gets done. They get built once, drift out of date, and rely on someone remembering to update the organization structure. Bloomfire governs content directly, through moderation, expiration, and access rules that stay enforced automatically, and a single knowledge object can be published to multiple locations simultaneously so the version you access always stays current.
