As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in creating long-term partnerships and ensuring that customers maximize engagement. This role will support Bloomfire’s continued growth by helping to implement systems and processes as the company scales. This position will report to the VP of Operations and Customer Success.
