Imagine being in the operating room demoing a product for the large medical device company you work for. The surgeon turns to you, in the middle of surgery, and asks you something specific about the product and you can’t find the answer. Out of frustration, the surgeon kicks you out, and you think to yourself, if only there was a better way to find the information I need to do my job….
This is exactly how Bloomfire got started. Fast-forward to today, with over 300 customers across dozens of industries around the world our foundation is still the same. We aim to harness your company’s knowledge and make it available to all who need it — with a simple search.
Keeping Bloomfire weird one taco at a time. We put our employees first and believe we all play an equal role in ensuring that we adhere to Bloomfire’s values. We stress the importance of transparency, honesty, and a GTD mindset — and having fun along the way.
Bloomfire provides perks like an office that is just steps away from Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail in downtown Austin, unlimited vacation, group outings, Taco Tuesday, free Friday lunches, a quarterly Cheese Day, and remote working — because we understand how important it is to have life/work balance.
Together, we are creating the workplace that we always wanted: making knowledge and expertise findable by those who need it.
To transform the way companies share knowledge and insights.
We believe in both the importance of independent work and the sharing of ideas. We appreciate the uniqueness of the individual and how the combination of uniqueness creates better teams. We achieve together and learn when we don’t. And we laugh as hard as we work.
