Our Story

Imagine being in the operating room demoing a product for the large medical device company you work for. The surgeon turns to you, in the middle of surgery, and asks you something specific about the product and you can’t find the answer. Out of frustration, the surgeon kicks you out, and you think to yourself, if only there was a better way to find the information I need to do my job….

This is exactly how Bloomfire got started. Fast-forward to today, with over 300 customers across dozens of industries around the world our foundation is still the same. We aim to harness your company’s knowledge and make it available to all who need it — with a simple search.

Mark Hammer
Chief Operations Officer

Mark has over two decades of product, management, and strategy experience at software, education, and energy companies. At Bloomfire, Mark oversees the customer success, product, marketing, and sales teams. We’ve occasionally seen Mark rocking an 80s mullet wig in the office – okay maybe that was just once.

Bill Tole Chief Financial Officer

Bill has over 20 years experience in both public and high growth, venture-backed software companies and is responsible for leading Bloomfire’s financial strategy, accounting, business planning, human resources, and legal administration. Bill was recognized by ABJ as one of the best CFOs and is the official voice for the Dripping Springs High School Marching Band.

Cynthia Mancha Sr. Product Manager

Cynthia earned her MS in Information Science and has over 5 years of experience improving the scalability and usability of enterprise software. She works with stakeholders to provide Bloomfire customers an exceptional product. Cynthia likes contemplating technology’s impact on society and enjoys having an insider’s perspective on software delivery.

Dana Youngren Dohse Director of Marketing

Dana has over a decade of experience working in Digital Marketing with B2B companies ranging in size from startup to Fortune 500. How did you hear about Bloomfire? Dana was behind it (probably). She also throws amazing parties – you should come to our next User Conference. How many countries have you visited? Dana visited 26 in 2015 alone – for fun!

David McCullars Vice President of Engineering

David has over 15 years experience in engineering leadership and architecting complex software solutions.  He is responsible for defining how to build our products on time and keeping everything running smoothly. He’s not just a He-Man in the office, he’s actually been He-Man (check out his IMDB page).

Patrick Davis Director of Strategic Accounts

Patrick has over a decade of experience in B2B software and technology sales leadership. He is responsible for helping our prospects make smart and informed buying decisions. We can often date our company photos by the many stages of Patrick’s hair. If you watch our Instagram closely, you’ll see what we mean.

Sam Schneider  Sr. Director of Client Success

Sam has a background in consulting, product management, and leading customer success teams. She is responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives and maximize value from Bloomfire. She’s used to going the extra mile, given that she’s a long-distance runner with a dozen marathons and half marathons under her belt.
