Out of an abundance of caution, we are postponing Elevate Knowledge, our annual conference.
Our first priority is ensuring that we don’t put our customers in a situation where they feel uncomfortable or unsafe, and given the status and projections of COVID-19, we believe this is the most prudent action to take.
However, we don’t want to go a full year without meeting with and learning from customers like you, and we are considering a range of future options, from rescheduling Elevate Knowledge for later in the year to leading smaller conferences in several cities. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and keep you updated on our decisions.
If you have already paid for the conference, you will automatically receive a refund within one week directly from Eventbrite.
