Bloomfire Named a Best Place to Work in Austin—Again!
The Austin Business Journal named their 2019 Best Places to Work on June 21st, and we’re thrilled to share that Bloomfire was among the companies honored. This is the fourth time in the past five years that we’ve been included on the Best Places to Work in Austin list.
The Austin Business Journal determined their Best Places to Work based on a survey of employees at all participating companies. The survey was designed to let employees anonymously evaluate their companies across categories including culture, collaboration, and communication.
These categories struck a chord with our team at Bloomfire. We know that working at Bloomfire has a lot of great perks (like our unlimited vacation policy, weekly company lunches, onsite gym, and proximity to the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail), but the things that are most important to us are transparent communication and our collaborative work environment.
“Bloomfire’s software solution is designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration,” said Mark Hammer, our CEO. “We believe in open communication and collaboration across teams. Each employee is invested in delivering a great product to our customers, which is what ultimately makes Bloomfire such a great place to work.”
Our Senior Marketing Manager, Rachel Dunner, also emphasized the value of our company’s collaborative environment. “I love that we are constantly working with people across departments,” she said. “This makes us feel more connected to our product, and our teams are stronger for it.”
The Austin Business Journal announced their 2019 Best Places to Work winners at a Kentucky Derby-themed lunch at the Hilton Austin. Bloomfire sent several of our team members dressed in their Derby finest.
We’re honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Austin for a fourth year. Here’s to many more years of being a great place to work!
