We’re proud to announce that Bloomfire has received a Bronze Stevie Award in the Achievement in Customer Satisfaction category of the 18th Annual American Business Awards. The American Business Awards (nicknamed the Stevies) are the premier business awards program in the United States, drawing nominations from over 3,600 U.S. businesses of all sizes and in virtually every industry. The Achievement in Customer Satisfaction category recognizes businesses who have gone above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Bloomfire’s Client Success team partners with our customers to provide functional knowledge, change management expertise, technical resources, and a proven methodology for onboarding and long-term success. In 2019, the Client Success team embarked on several major initiatives to boost customer satisfaction, including enhancing the onboarding process (which we call the Ignition Sequence) and rolling out the Bloomfire Help Center, a comprehensive, self-service knowledge base for our customers built on our knowledge engagement platform.
